Electrolux North America Project Quality Audit

From November 18th to 20th, 2024, Electrolux SQE Vivi and Sr. Electrical Engineer Daniel came to Nanjing Uniworks Electronics Co., Ltd. to conduct a quality audit of the PPAP sample production process of the North American project Peregrine STEP 4.

This project is the latest cooperation project between the two parties in the North American market and is also a very important project. It has now successfully entered the PPAP sample production stage. Based on the entire production process, the auditors focused on inspecting the production status of fully automated equipment, semi-automated equipment and circulating assembly lines and the quality control in the process. They gained a detailed understanding of the entire quality control process of Uniworks Electronics and conducted inspections on key quality points. Repeat operation and verification.

The auditors recognized the production capacity and quality control capabilities of Uniworks Electronics' fully automated equipment, and also put forward two suggestions for improvement: first, the POGO PIN length of the test fixture board needs to be verified by the engineering department again for effectiveness and further optimization; second, The accuracy level of the crimping monitor must be strictly set based on the actual crimping status, so as to present a more perfect state of the product after crimping.

This project has many PPAP sample models, complex processes, high quality requirements, and limited preparation time. Without affecting the normal production of daily mass production orders, it is necessary to coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, etc. to complete it. At present, Uniworks Electronics is producing normally as planned, and both parties are full of confidence in the Peregrine STEP 4 project and the subsequent in-depth and lasting cooperation.
