BSH and Uniworks Lean Seminar

Recently, Mr. Wang, a lean expert from BSH, and his delegation came to Uniworks Electronics China Factory to conduct a lean production seminar on the joint MD 85 refrigerator production line project. The teams from both sides brainstormed and collided with each other.

This lean seminar mainly takes 8001263251 in the project as an example. It combines production layout and technical processes to sort out material flow and information flow from various aspects such as people, machines, materials, methods, environment, etc., and finally forms a value stream map. Experts went deep into the Uniworks production site, carefully recorded the detailed introduction of Uniworks, observed each process, and recorded equipment/manual operation time. They fully affirmed Uniworks' investment in fully automated equipment, 5S management at the production site, and the professionalism of the team. They highly recognized Uniworks' business specialization, customer diversification, and production flexibility.

At the same time, lean experts also discovered waste at the production site from another perspective, such as transportation waste, movement waste, over-processing waste, etc., and put forward suggestions for improvement. Uniworks Electronics will gradually implement production line layout, personnel division of labor, equipment and technology transformation according to the consensus reached after discussions between the two parties, and continue to lean and improve!
