BSH & Uniworks Lean Seminar

Recently, Mr. Wang, a lean expert from BSH, and his delegation came to the China factory of Uniworks Electronics to conduct a lean production seminar on the joint MD 85 refrigerator line project. The teams from both sides brainstormed and clashed with each other.

This lean seminar mainly takes 8001263251 in the project as an example. It combines the production layout and technical processes to sort out the material flow and information flow from all aspects of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment, and finally forms a value stream map. The experts went deep into Uniworks's production site, carefully recorded Uniworks's detailed introduction, observed each process, and recorded equipment/labor operation time. They fully affirmed Uniworks's investment in fully automated equipment, 5S management at the production site, and team The level of professionalism is very much recognized by Uniworks’s business specialization, customer diversification, and production flexibility.

At the same time, lean experts also discovered waste on the production site from another perspective, such as transportation waste, movement waste, overprocessing waste, etc., and put forward suggestions for improvement.
