New supplier introduction audit – Whirlpool

On January 23, 2024, Mr. Li Weiyu, the R&D engineer of Whirlpool (China) Co., Ltd., Mr. Xu Wenjun, the SQE engineer, and Mr. Xia Fengyu, the quality engineer of the dishwasher project, came to Nanjing Uniworks Electronics Co., Ltd. to conduct new work. Supplier introduction audit, this audit is mainly based on the dishwasher Van Gogh Victoria project.

Uniworks Electronics first introduced the company to Whirlpool (China), including basic information, corporate culture, company development history, company honors, and the planning and construction progress of the Thai company.After the introduction, Whirlpool (China) had a full understanding of the development, current situation and plans of Uniworks Electronics.

According to Whirlpool (China)'s review requirements, the first step is to review written materials.Uniworks Electronics submitted relevant qualification certificates, program documents, on-site control procedures and other information, which Whirlpool (China) recognized.

Next is quality control and full-process audit of the production process.Starting from the WMS in the warehouse, we reviewed the Andon system and the operation process and related documents starting from IQC. We visited and learned about the operation and control of each process at the production site, and reviewed key processes and key equipment.Uniworks Electronics' quality control and product quality have been recognized by Whirlpool (China).

This review promotes further cooperation between Whirlpool (China) and Uniworks Electronics.Whirlpool (China) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Uniworks Electronics Co., Ltd. will achieve win-win cooperation and develop in win-win situations.
