Electrolux North America Project Process Quality Audit

From July 29th to 31st, 2024, Electrolux SQ Manager Thomas, SQE Vivi, Sr. Electrical Engineer Daniel and Supplier Development Manager Center of Excellence Fred came to Nanjing Uniworks Electronics Co., Ltd. to carry out the process quality audit of the North American project Peregrine STEP 4 .

After listening to the company introduction of the Uniworks team, the Electrolux team was more concerned about the construction progress and production equipment of Uniworks Thailand. Next, they will compare the equipment models, manufacturers and other information between Uniworks Thailand and Nanjing Uniworks.The Uniworks team showed the Electrolux team a cross-sectional report of some crimp terminals in the Peregrine project, and explained Thomas’ questions one by one.

Subsequently, during the audit process at the production site, the Electrolux team carefully reviewed the operating procedures and related records of IQC of Uniworks Electronics. Both parties attached great importance to the first step of quality control.The Electrolux team carefully observed the operating status of Uniworks Electronics' fully automatic RAST crimping equipment, cutting & crimping & shelling & testing automatic machines, etc., and communicated with the Uniworks team in detail about the equipment's production capacity, functions, products/ Quality control of semi-finished products, etc.In the laboratory, the Electrolux team saw the cross-section inspection and related inspection reports of crimped terminals on site.They are full of confidence in Uniworks Electronics' highly automated production capabilities and full-process production management. Uniworks Electronics' excellent quality control and product quality performance have been fully recognized by the Electrolux team.

At present, samples of 15 products of the Electrolux Peregrine STEP 4 project have been submitted. This review is proof of the long-term and continuous cooperation between Electrolux and Uniworks Electronics, and is also a guarantee for new project cooperation between the two parties.After this review, the Peregrine STEP 4 project will enter the next new stage, and Electrolux and Uniworks Electronics will continue to support each other, cooperate with each other, and achieve a win-win situation in the next cooperation!
